On Sunday, June 2, 2019, I will be departing from Astoria, Oregon en route to Yorktown, Virginia. On my bicycle. My goal is to finish in 30 days or less.
You can track my progress in Trackleaders.
I’m doing this as a personal challenge. At the same time, I hope to raise funds for those who are currently undergoing challenges of a different sort.
In April of 2017 my wife, Nancy Yeomans, was diagnosed with breast cancer. Thanks to the amazing staff and resources at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute we will continue to have a long and happy life together.
We appreciate any donation you can make. This event supports the Jimmy Fund which raises money for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. When you participate or make a gift, you’re directly supporting Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s unique 50-50 balance between cutting-edge science and highly compassionate cancer care. Your support allows Dana-Farber leaders to enhance programs and initiatives that serve pediatric and adult patients and their families.
Thank you for your support. Together, we can conquer cancer!
